2023年5月16日，美国先进导体科技公司CEO，CORC电缆发明人Danko van der Laan博士来访三室。
Danko van der Laan博士毕业于荷兰特温特大学(University of Twente)，发明CORC®电缆技术后创立了Advanced Conductor Technologies （先进导体科技）公司，目前为该公司总裁兼首席执行官，同时也是科罗拉多大学的高级助理研究员。
2023年5月16日，Danko van der Laan博士做“Development of high-temperature superconducting CORC cables and demountable joints for compact fusion reactors”主题报告，并与三室职工及学生进行了探讨。
