施毅，男，研究员，博士生导师，2010年中国科学院等离子体物理研究所博士毕业，荷兰Twente大学访问学者。先后承担国家“十三五”国家重大科技基础设施、国家重点研发计划、中国科学院先导B类、基金委面上/青年基金等项目。荣获“中国科学院杰出成就奖”、“安徽省技术发明一等奖”等多项奖励。以第一/通讯作者在聚变及超导技术主流杂志发表SCI论文40余篇，撰写/授权国家发明专利10余项，是Fusion Design and Engineering、Superconductivity和Superconductor Science and Technology杂志特约审稿人。近期兴趣集中在高电磁载荷HTS超导技术及磁热电及损耗特性研究领域，已带领团队成功完成国际首个80 kA/10.85T量级堆叠型高温超导导体的研制和全电磁工况下性能验证；搭建完成涵盖4.2~77 K温区、0-1 kA传输电流、电测/磁测/量热等多种交流损耗测量实验平台。
